Most orders are processed within 3-7 business days. As soon as your order ships, you are sent a shipping confirmation email, included in this email is your tracking number so that you can track the status of your shipment.

Did you order a custom piece of jewelry? Due to the handmade jewelry process all custom made orders will ship within 3 to 5 weeks. These items are truly handmade by our manufacturing team and take a lot of time and care to perfect. Once custom pieces are in production, they cannot be canceled nor returned.
