Fedore Accessories FAQ's

Most orders are processed within 3-7 business days. This is after a 2 business days processing time. 

Once an order has left our facility delivery usually takes about 3-5 days to arrive for DOMESTIC orders depending on your chosen shipping method. If we are expecting a high volume of orders, processing times will be extended. (10-14 BUSINESS days during high volume times)

What is your shipping policy?

Your satisfaction with your Fedore pieces is very important to us. We will send a replacement or issue a refund in the form of store credit if your jewelry was received damaged or defective in any way. 

If you receive a damaged item, within 7 days customer must take a picture of the item(s) along with the original packing slip and submit a return request on our returns center. Please upload your photos, and explain in detail what is wrong with the jewelry you received. Once your request is submitted it is subject to approval, this approval time will take 2-3 business days. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation with detailed instructions on how to return your item, and when you will receive your replaced goods/ store credit refund.

 
 If we approve a refund for any reason after products have been shipped, you will have the option to exchange for a replacement or receive a refund. That refund will be given in the form of store credit only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.  Fedore Accessories reserves the right to refuse all returns.

How do I return an item? 

I am sorry to hear that you have not received your order yet. 

Can you please verify if the address you provided is correct. While I coordinate with the carrier, you can also check your local post office. 

There are times that tracking shows delivered but it doesn't get dropped off until the next day or so. 

If you still haven't received the item in 3 business days, please contact your local post office for further information.

In the meantime, please don't hesitate to reach out if there is anything else we can help with.

I did not receive my order 

We apologize for the inconvenience. As we try our best to provide exceptional service, some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen.

Can you please send us a photo of the broken/damaged item(s) you received and we'll do our best to resolve this as soon as possible.

I received a damaged item

We apologize for the inconvenience. 

Can you please let us know which item is missing in your package? 

We will process a replacement for this item as soon as possible.

Your order contain one of our custom made nameplates and the production takes place between 3-5 weeks.

We will email you a confirmation once it ships and that will include tracking information as well.
