My tracking has not updated. Whats going on?Updated a year ago

Usually when your package is in transit with the mail carrier the tracking information will not update until it is physically scanned in by someone. Once scanned the tracking information will update. Please allow 48 hours for your tracking to update. If you are an international customer and your purchase is held at customs for processing, the tracking information will not update until the customs department releases the package to the mail courier.

 

For any questions and concerns regarding the whereabouts of your package you must contact the mail carrier (USPS/UPS). Fedore Accessories is a separate company from USPS/UPS and does not have access to tracking systems to provide any additional information.
