We aim to respond to all e-mails within 3 business days between the hours of 9am to 5pm est. Please note that this time frame may be extended during and immediately after holidays and sales.
Customer support is Closed on Saturday and Sunday. Emails and inquiries will not be addressed on closed days. All weekend inquiries will be addressed Mon - Tues.
