I don't like how my jewelry looks. Can i send it back for a refund?Updated a year ago


We allow returns
for a store credit refund within 7 days of receipt. Return requests are eligible for unworn merchandise only. A refund in the form of store credit will be issued once the return is processed, minus a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from the amount issued. The customer will be responsible for the shipping fees associated with the return of the item to our distribution center

 

Unfortunately, we can not accept returns or issue refunds for worn items, custom-made jewelry, nor jewelry purchased on sale or during a promotion. Neither of these are eligible for return unless there were mishaps that occurred prior to shipment or a resizing is required. 

 

Fedore Accessories reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements of approval. All returned merchandise is subject to quality assurance inspection. If your returned merchandise does not pass quality assurance inspection it may be returned to you, and the refund shall be voided.
