How do i make a return?Updated a year ago

Your satisfaction with your Fedore pieces is very important to us. We will send a replacement or issue a refund in the form of store credit if your jewelry was received damaged or defective in any way. If you receive a damaged item, within 7 days customer must take a picture of the item(s) along with the original packing slip and submit a return request on our returns center. Please upload your photos, and explain in detail what is wrong with the jewelry you received. Once your request is submitted it is subject to approval, this approval time will take 2-3 business days. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation with detailed instructions on how to return your item, and when you will receive your replaced goods/ store credit refund.

 

 If we approve a refund for any reason after products have been shipped, you will have the option to exchange for a replacement or receive a refund. That refund will be given in the form of store credit only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.  Fedore Accessories reserves the right to refuse all returns.
